A lot of promises to employees that are never fulfilled. Employees are expected to be at a property for less than 11 minutes to treat lawns with little to no real training. “Learn as you go” while customers are being taken advantage of. As a manager you are not allowed to manage. If all services are completed by October/ November they will lay off the lawn care specialists (workers) until after January. Some employees have been with the company as techs for over 20 years and are making $2 more than fast food workers.
