This job will defenitly help you gain the confidence to in sales and will definitely give you a perspective into one of the hardest types of sales jobs (Door to Door). Good thing is TruGreen is well known so you wont get many confused customers on what the company does!

Cons

to some its a lot of walking being a door to door some negative customer interactions job is pretty straight forward but the salary and uncapped commission make it worth it.

Fun, great manager & coworkers. Stable weekly base payments plus commissions

Cons

Very difficult work environment in outside sales, some Saturdays you gotta work if you couldn't sell the minimum required, difficult to make sales for newbies, very low commission structure & there is always 1 person get fed as top booker to get this one individual 4-6 times more annually income than all others, to use his/her number as example in all sales positions I worked with. Here was also one! Hard to make good money
