Pros

Commission is based on a percentage of what you sell. Hours are decent, calls do come in so you have every opportunity to make money, and the management are to help you

Cons

Some outbound calling during slow periods, only seasonal so you would not be working long term. Call center enviroment, which is not everyones cup of tea

Pros

Trugreen was an experience and I learned a lot about agronomics. I successfully completed my probationary period and also completed 1 year anniversary with an annual raise.

Cons

The challenges were that not everyone did lawn applications to their properties. I was my job to education them as to why this would actually save them money. Also there is a lot to learn and it takes more than a year to learn everything you need to know. I did not have an educational general manager so took longer to learn my job.

Pros

Very great company to work for, You can move up very quickly, they take a lot of time out to train you very well so you succeed at your job. Offer great prizes and trips to top sales performances annually. Also, the pay was very good. They have a high base pay and great commission.

Cons

You work a lot of hours and it can get stressful, but if you don't mind working the hours it really is worth the pay. After peak season it does slow down and the hours ease up so it is really not that bad.
