The challenges were that not everyone did lawn applications to their properties. I was my job to education them as to why this would actually save them money. Also there is a lot to learn and it takes more than a year to learn everything you need to know. I did not have an educational general manager so took longer to learn my job.

hours are long and commission was difficult to reach, there was a constant fear of being fired, and was fired after two months. There was no moral support for learning about products and services.
