      Tight knit staff. Working outdoors interacting with people.

      Cons

      Long hours, managment will do anything to get production even if it means lying to customers. No hort training asides from 2 outdated videos

      The manager was great made everyone feel like family. He was a person you could just sit and have a conversation with.

      Cons

      The pay was bad $10 an hour. Very boring spent most of the time alone in a small office space.

      fun job, outside work, set schedule, decent pay while working, comission for sales

      Cons

      poor management, requiring techs to sell services, bad management attitude at meetings, micromanagement, getting laid off every winter and getting bills from insurance company every month for hundreds of dollars.
