      One of worst companies I've ever worked for

      Still figuring that one out !

      Cons

      Absolute worst customer service within its industry No accountability Commision structure misleading and company NEVER details what commissions you are or aren't being paid for at any time This company hires under the premise that position is year round permanent position which is a lie! By August of 2013 the sales force was reduced to 6 from 36 in February. This is a a annual process

      Pros

      Established company. Learn a lot about lawncare & horticulture. Enjoyed the people I worked with in the office.

      Cons

      Worked long hours on Saturday doing A/R collection & sale audit calls. Every Fall they do "temporary" seasonal layoffs and only call selective employees to return the following year. Customer retention was difficult and short lived. At a desk and on the phone your entire day of work. Yearly bonuses and advancement opportunity in either position is small.
