Pros

I have been Given every opportunity to grow in this company. Yes i have worked a lot of hours but if you want to make real money you have to work real hard. I love meeting people every day and not just selling them service but making a Friend. If you are coming to this place for the base pay and mileage I beg you go work some where else.

Cons

Should pay a little more per mile

Pros

The training is good, most of the employees have been there for a while. They do a lot of small things to reward there employees, suchas free gift cards, they buy lunch at least once or twice a month. Morale is good, open communication with employees.

Cons

Only the old school reps & employees get the best leads & incoming calls requesting service the easy sales, no wonder they are number 1. Which makes it hard to hit your weekly goal. Techs & even managers & other office employees compete with the sales reps, everyone sells. The hours are horrible 12-9pm M-F, Sat 9am -5am, work & life balance is bad . Benifits are high deductibles & expensive.

Pros

The training that I got from them was very well organized and I believe it prepared an individual for what they could expect from callers. Everything from how to overcome objections to doing a presentation and learning from top sales people helped me translate that to other careers. Pay structure while I was there was also very rewarding, but you make most of your money during the busy season, so prepare to work hard during the spring and early hours if they allow you to...usually if you are good.

Cons

Typical call center politics made me want to leave. The veterans didn't like the new guys coming in to take on the same amount of calls so they began tiering the amount of calls the rookies got which was unfair even though some of the rookies were closing as many as the vets were.
