Pros

The training on how to sell is really good. They have stepped it up from past years with an official ATA training seminar that lasts a week. So basically if you wanna get trained on how to sell use TruGreen to learn and then take your skills else where... i actually used some of the selling advice that TruGreen offered in my interview for the next job i was applying for and they were pretty impressed

Cons

The con is that almost everybody has been pissed off by TruGreen so its not an easy task trying to sell their product. The hours are horrible and they treat you like a child.. they basically plant a GPS device on you and watch you every step of you day. After the training is over its strictly sales driven and forget getting any help from anyone besides the lame role playing you do every single morning
