Pros

None. The company is clueless in its treatment of customers; yet, when you apply for a position in order to "make a difference," you are told that you are "not qualified." Go figure. I guess they have their system of treating people, and they "don't want no outsiders."

Cons

Cons? Maybe they only hire ex-cons? I'm well-qualified, and have a masters degree in business along with 20 years in management. I'm "not qualified?" Really? Nice strategic management from the corporate side, huh?

Pros

OK the pros. there was some pros. They do try and make it a family feel but not really. They also like to make sure that you do know what you are doing and they also DO want to make sure that you are doing everything within safety standards.

Cons

The biggest CON is their CON. What I mean by this is that when you go to treat a property the square footage is probably wrong due tot he fact that they use google earth to look at properties. Or their favorite is getting a customer close to someone else and then taking the higher paying customer and saying that it is the same area as the lower paying customer. Instead of going out and actually walking the property. They really only care about the bottom line. They claim to be a christian company but they don not practice it
