Pros

Benefits. A job until something better comes along. Work day starting at noon instead of the traditional 9-5

Cons

Ineffective Market strategy. Unethical practices. Pay is based on an unreasonable draw commission scheme. Encounters with many dissatisfied current customers while out in the field Basically have to lie to generate sales.

Pros

If these are pros... Get to work outside No body else likes or believes in the company either For the 3 moths I was there 5 different employees told me to run away from trugreen (which I did)

Cons

Tell sales people to mislead clients in order to make sales 90% of technicians suck so even if they should, in theory, be able to take care a lawn, they don't If people do not have solicitors licenses for a city managers tell employees to wear different shirts and tell police that we are AT&T employees and are "checking on past AT&T customers." Commission in on a draw so if you can't sell the product within a few weeks you end up owing the company money...what? The excuse management gave us for this behavior was that "the whole service industry is like this so we should just go along with it."
