I got to meet some awesome people. I also really enjoyed working on my own and being able to take my breaks at my own time, it really helped me gain my independence in a professional setting. The communication between workers and management was also great.

Cons

There were times where the company can be disorganized but I feel you will find that at most companies regardless of how established it is.
