Not bad, however if you are a Lawn Specialist you best be ready to be a salesman against your will.
Pros
Good work, hard work, good pay. Enjoy outdoors and people. I did like the overall details of the work. Good training.
Cons
Forced to be a salesman and try and finish your own work daily. Forced to work extra hours doing rediculous sales training if you fail to me the quota. No checks and balances. Your expected to be the best in the world so there is no praise for good work. Laid off in the winter. My state only pays a max 350 a week on unemployment so you cannot live. Not told about maditory sales during hiring process. You have 15-30 lawns to do in the day, you have to be back by a certain time including your two hour round trip travel (my route) and expected to make sales everyday and approach 3-5 neighbors about their lawns, and hang up to 100 door flyers per day.
