      I think moving everything over to LPL in 2022 was a great decision, even if it was more complicated and took longer than expected Grid is a little worse than a wirehouse, but constant stream of bank referrals make up for it

      Dependent on the bank/credit union program you located in. Some are great, some are terrible. Average client size will likely be smaller due to bank demographics; you will have a higher volume practice and must adapt Mostly writing this review to get access to Glassdoor data

      Cons

      New leadership treats criticism as the result of poor communication rather than indicating valid issues with their approach. Wholesale restructuring that saw widespread role elimination has badly damaged trust.

      - Great benefits - Coworkers, including contractors are almost always the best of the best both professionally and personally - Work life balance is respected (in most cases)

      Cons

      - Contractor usage vs. employee usage - Management is disconnected from their employees - Restructuring of departments has filled employee spots with contractors - Many IT roles are union or represented employees. Please do your homework on this prior to taking employment. - Union negotiations
