No Longer a Remote Company

Pros

//Nice coworkers //Good new hire onboarding //Trainers are friendly and welcoming

Cons

//Job duties change a lot //Terminations are random //Overworked //Need to know insurance //No longer remote Don't even bother applying if you are hoping to get into a remote company. They are no longer going to be fully remote it'll be a hybrid. I feel like I was lied to. Expect a wave of resignations as people seek out employers that actually support remote work. Many people will leave to find other fully remote jobs. This shift was poorly thoughtout and did not have the employees in mind. Corporations need to understand that working in person does not appeal to everyone. Honestly, it feels like the goal was to quietly push out long-time employees and bring in new hires who won’t question the changes.

Pros

chance for quick rising through the ranks as all of the mass layoffs and employees quitting are leaving large numbers of positions to be filled.

Cons

Between the mass layoffs, the harsh treatment of represented employees, the gutting of profit sharing and the return to office mandate, employee morale has plunged. It is a much less friendly workplace
