Pros

This is the first time I’ve been at a company where I feel invested in. TruStage lives by its value to prepare the next generation of talent. I have had multiple check ins and conversations with upper management on my career goals and how TruStage can help me get there.

Cons

I wish the city hubs were more active.

Used to Be a Great Place to Work

Pros

Remote work, decent pay, unlimited PTO (at least in theory)

Cons

The company is going through a lot of change right now and none of it benefits the employees. The high-level leadership is completely disconnected from their workforce. Employees are being expected to do more with a lot less, especially as the company continues to lay off talented employees in necessary roles. Middle management is being squeezed, and unhappy bosses leads to unhappy employees. Do not work here.
