      - Numerous opportunities to grow professionally within the organization - Company paid professional development activities - Year end profit sharing tied to your performance and base pay - On-site cafeteria with plenty of options for all appetites - Great work culture and people - Heavily invested in being good community stewards - Compensation and benefit package is very competitive with the Madison market - Offer flexible work schedules and the ability to work remotely either full-time or as needed - Underground parking is available to full-time employees - Opportunity for contractors to come on-board as full-time employees

      Cons

      - Some employee's have been tenured too long with the organization and in some cases (not all) are resistant to changes both from a business operations and IT point of view - Contractor churn is slightly high on projects (not always)
