Pros

Benefits like Wisconsin State workers: sick time accumulation, vacation time, pension, 401(k), subsidized health insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, access to estate, retirement, protection, and investment planning.

Cons

Unbearable micromanagement and bureaucracy. Union infiltration (OPEIU). Politically correct racism, i.e., an anti-caucasion, anti-Wisconsin culture.

Pros

Great benefits and average pay for roles

Cons

Not much room for promotion unless willing to move to Madison. Some of the managers can be very strict, but most are fine.
