Don’t really have any cons

Being a loyal employee has become challenging, and over the past year, my feelings have changed. While I understand that changes are necessary for business growth, the current situation is absurd. As someone previously mentioned, it’s like musical chairs. Entire departments are being dismantled, leaving fewer than half the jobs available compared to the number of positions eliminated. The reorganization only highlights the top leaders, with no transparency about the rest of the staff. The communication merely states that they will re-evaluate after the transition, indicating that the process is far from over. It’s disheartening to see such talented individuals being let go.
