Pros

There are a lot of really kind people there who genuinely believe in the mission not just of giving back to Credit Unions, but that an employer can make an impact on an employee's life, for the better

Cons

The truth is, where you are within the company will dictate a lot of your satisfaction. If you're working within the traditional insurance product lines, it's great given all the promotion opportunities and investment in the business. However, the other verticals are struggling with an ever-changing approach to shared services which is creating some confusion on what goals and priorities are. Also, here is where promotion opportunities and advancement to officer level are much more limited and the process more opaque.
