Pros

Customers are great to help and there are a lot of fellow employees who care about their job, not just themselves

Cons

Private Equity firm that owns Truckpro needs to figure out it takes more knowledgeable people on the counter to answer phones and sell more parts. More parts sells mean higher profits. Too many equity shareholders in Memphis with fat salaries make you too top heavy and they take up valuable money The people at the stores need real help. They have been bending over backwards to help their customers but it's getting harder to accomplish. Squeezing us to get more and more done and not rehiring those positions that are become vacant. Keep parts on the shelf that we can sell. We are constantly running out of parts before the stock truck comes and we lose sales because the parts aren't here yet. Give us some raises. Everyone is complaining about no raises in years. You want us to donate to this and that but we can't afford to give our kids allowances or the higher biweekly deductions in health insurance.

Pros

Insurance is the only thing.

Cons

No room for advancement. Corporate is top heavy. Too many chiefs not enough indians. People are GIVEN management titles without managing anyone just to get them to join the team and managers are poorly equiped with proper training to manage their team. Low guys on totem poles are given too much responsibility without any credit or ability to suggest changes. When you put in your 2 weeks notice, your bosses will treat you poorly because your leaving instead of being happy for you and the Controller will act like you dont exist and avoids you. Management creates toxic environment and doesnt care about work life balance.
