They have health insurance,401k long and short time disability

Cons

They have created an environment in parts that you can expect no breaks or lunch on occasion. When you start working there the wage you accept is what you will receive for years.

Greasy work. Heavy parts and lifting required. Other than that it's awesome.

Pros

Very independently lenient in able to run a store as an owner. Great products to offer and gain good customer network. Love the hours and the pay is descent.

Cons

health insurance plans are expensive. Yearly evaluations are not done in timely to see how you are doing overall. Bonus incentives are very poor and very confusing to understand in order to achieve.
