The people you work with are great.

Cons

Management has made this a toxic environment. They now rank each employee and its not clear what there judgment criteria are. 4 General Managers in two years.

Good pay and flexible schedule

Cons

Little to no time to train new hires, ridiculous work expectations (usually understaffed and overworked), no accountability, arrogant leadership that doesn't listen, metrics based management where hours are cut rampantly without notice to save a few dollars often times forcing employees to bear the burden of short downtimes to save the company
