Pros

Mission identified with personal morals. Maintaining a healthy life style and plant based options. Lots of training opportunities.

Cons

I felt the mission was lost in execution, at least with the management I had. Lot of little pieces falling apart in the restaurant made it hard to operate as a well oiled machine.

Pros

The environment is bright, the food is healthy, fun, and the menu changes every season! Also, the uniforms are cute.

Cons

I applied with "open availability" and the managers completely took advantage of that. I was getting scheduled 3-4 doubles a week. I felt like I was being held hostage to my job. Anytime I asked for fewer doubles, my managers would say "If the job is too stressful, I should quit" Waitressing has never been too stressful for me, but yes. Working 3-4 12 hour shifts a week with a meal at 35% off was too stressful for me. Personality driven managers who do not care about their employees. Had to leave for my well being and mental health.
