      Pros

      Fast paced environment, consistent money for tipped employees, thrives on teamwork, attracts positive personalities who live the lifestyle, emphasis on education and training.

      Cons

      Tends to repeat past mistakes when it comes to staffing especially, a lot of management transition.

      Pros

      The managers are really awesome and understanding. The staff are people you actually would grab beers with even after leaving the company. The food will make you lose weight. It's actually really clean and organized compared to the other 4 restaurants I've worked in the past-- like really clean.

      Cons

      Not really a con but my coworkers were so motivated to work there, a lot of them try to be the first to greet a table that is a free-for-all type situation. And they're really good at balancing 8 tables at a time and consequently, managers will give only those same servers bigger sections.
