Pros

I worked here while I was attending college, it had pretty flexible scheduling.

Cons

It was pretty unorganized, other employees kind of did what the wanted to. There was definitely favoritism. During the winter is was soooo slow, barely made money, sometimes leaving an weekday evening shift with less than 50$.

Pros

Every True Food Kitchen I've been to has an amazing welcoming staff. You get to meet amazing people from all over who, for the most part, care about the food they're consuming. It is a fun upbeat restaurant for the most part, but be prepared to give it your all day in and day out.

Cons

I've been with the company for quite some time and the direction they have begin to go is questionable with a new President. A brand who once truly cared about the craftsmanship of good healthy food is slowly becoming a "healthy" version of a Cheesecake or Lazy Dog. Management is given a wage based off a 8 hour work day, but you sign your life away to a minimum of 10, and depending on the store you work at it easily can become 12 -14 hour days.
