Pros

Great coworkers and flexible environment. Lower level management is good about setting realistic deadlines and providing time to reach them. Very rarely work over 40 hours per week.

Cons

Fairly rigid RTO policy from upper management. Limited opportunities for career growth (titles or promotions).
