The company is quickly heading towards being one of the leading independent PBMs. By being independent it allows us to not focus on how much we can squeeze from clients or patients, but how we can keep our clients’ bottom line and their employees healthy.

Cons

As a quickly growing company, there will always be innovation and change. Change can be tough if not properly managed. It is currently being managed, but as we grow so does the possibility of losing that entrepreneurial mentality.
