Pros

Atmosphere, flexibility, and enthusiasm. Food is found on location, this is an added bonus. Location near the beach does have its benefits.

Cons

Communication. Direction of the upper management seems to be untruthful. Potential for constructive ideas to never be utilized or appreciated.
