Pros

The team is brilliant and talented, yet fun, humble, and easy to work with. The business model is strong and aligns with our social mission and values, which our leadership is committed to. We've already landed big customers and are having real impact, and that impact is going to grow hugely over the coming months and years.

Cons

The biggest cons are things that are typical for any good start-up: the pace of progress can be a little overwhelming at times, and the can be some uncertainty and disagreement around the best way to spend our efforts and resources to win in the marketplace. You definitely need to be comfortable working outside your comfort zone, on a problem or tech you don't fully understand yet!

Pros

- leadership encourages growth, cross-training, and listens to employee feedback (no, really!) - amazing team structures teeming with talented individuals who leave the ego at home - competitive pay, growing benefits - an athletic and service engagement kinda culture

Cons

- co-working space is always little distracting or overcrowded, but they're moving to the Leather District soon, so hopefully that'll change - unlike other startups I've worked for, they do actually track vacation hours and accruals.

Pros

Really cool mission, unique, best-in-class tech.

Cons

Flakey, insurance-focused management has neglected the core tech. Virtually no promotion from within. Every new position is filled by someone from outside before it's even announced internally. Product re-orgs every 9 months or so.
