Pros

TrueNorth Steel is a good company to work for. The environment is friendly and the work is fast-paced. Great benefits package.

Cons

Communication between teams is lacking which causes issues down the line. Salaries seem to be below the national average and local average after doing some research. Annual raises have not been keeping up with the cost-of-living increases.
