They will blame the project manager for everything They put resources of 4, 5 projects at a time and expect 100% commitment on each. The president Steve Breiseth is a Sycophant and only want to gain new contract, so if a customer complains, they will fire you without even investigating the claim. Their SOWs for project are completely flawed, their is no clear objective or scope so the client always add things. They will hire you and fire you a week later, because a partner doesn't like you. They give false deadlines and make promises o the client during the contract negotiation stage and the project team have to deal with the unreasonable timeline later. They will fire you without giving you any warning: no verbal warning. Just straight to firing when you make a mistake
