Seeks teammate involvement to ensure diversification and an understanding of behaviors that exist or behaviors that are perceived to exist as systematic barriers to growth.

Role clarification not quite defined and/or clearly communicated, which contributes to, sometimes, poor project management.

Benefits are amazing, management very understanding of needs when it comes to medical and/or needing time off

Cons

Take home Pay needs to improve drastically. They base pay to include benefits offered/taken as well. Jobs that can be done by working from home should be. They are working on some great new things, however, it is taking some time to bring those things to light. But all good things...
