Pros

Great work life balance and work from home opportunities

Cons

Typical corporate environment. Health Care premiums are very typical of socialized medicine in which you pay more the higher your salary is.

Not a company that care about the employees

Pros

There’s nothing good about this company.

Cons

After the merger, we were required to give 48 hour notice to take a SICK day...which is ridiculous. Management is selfish and inhuman, forcing the employees to come in office amid the COVID-19 outbreak to answer phones. There’s absolutely no room for growth.
