Pros

Lots of diverse machine equipment Opportunities to gain skills quicker than at other shops Perfect environment for self Learners

Cons

No training No leadership No guidance Poor pay No upward mobility No scheduled raises No accountability No structure Planning department passes the buck for their misunderstanding of manufacturing. This company is a prosthetics company that is flirting with aerospace. The office staff gets bonuses if they make enough profit. So they push poor product out the door last minute to try and "make they're million" at the cost of traceability, accountability, due planning, and aerospace standards.

Pros

Hired good people but they are never given opportunity or time to operate to their full potential. So glad I got out of this company.

Cons

I totally agree with previous reviewers in that from the first week I was hired, there was constant turnover. Even though you may receive a good offer, it will be short term so please do not quit any job to come to work here. Everyone worked in a constant fear of losing their employment in each location and in every position. CEO sent out derogatory, vulgar (drunk ?) emails which no one could interpret. There was absolutely no incentive to make improvements because any suggestions were met with distain as the CEO was going to do it his way so why bother. IT systems were archaic and no training was provided so you were blamed for any system issues which were out of your control. Due to the constant turnover, there was poor morale due to additional workload that was redistributed and constant back stabbing. I was told my one executive that they take the phrase "At-Will" employment very seriously. Another comment I would always hear was "They just weren't a good fit".

Pros

Treated like an individual - flat organization where management gets to know you individually Very generous benefits plan Wonderful people to work with

Cons

Flat organization positive for "lack of bureaucracy" but negative in "no career growth"
