I worked there for a year and only thing was they have nice paid time off.

Cons

Management acts like middle schoolers, harassment dismissed and shoved under the rug. Cannot get response on rolling over 401K.

The operators are welcoming and friendly

Cons

You will get pay cuts but you may never see that raise you've been told about. Shady management. Pushes parts out that don't follow aerospace standards in an effort to meet deadlines. Going downhill. Avoid. Medical insurance here is evil. Hope you are healthy.
