The operators are welcoming and friendly

Cons

You will get pay cuts but you may never see that raise you've been told about. Shady management. Pushes parts out that don't follow aerospace standards in an effort to meet deadlines. Going downhill. Avoid. Medical insurance here is evil. Hope you are healthy.

Great quality products that are well made.

Cons

High turnover due to poor management. Can’t keep outside sales reps. They all end up leaving after they realize how management is. This makes it hard for inside reps and customers. USA management needs to change.
