      Pros

      Dogs and dog walking. Good benefits

      Cons

      Senior leadership is not trust worthy, communicate poorly, and have their favorites. No career development!! People who claim they are "here to help" with career development are some of the most unapproachable people in the company. It feels like if you aren't friendly with the right people or push the wrong buttons, you are not going anywhere. And good luck getting paid more! Lets just say, I was sold on something totally different when I interviewed.

      Lot's of change (but that's good too) Wish I was paid more other teams problems become yours because you are the one talking to the customer
