      Pros

      Bringing your dog to work, dog play rooms, good training.

      Cons

      You are extremely disposable, no matter how good you do. You can be in the top 10 producing agents but if you become inconvenient you will be unemployed.

      Pros

      You can grow, but your salary won’t by much; PTO is good; most of the people are amazing; 5 week paid sabbatical for every 5 years of employment (but I was laid off 2 months before I hit my first 5 years so I didn’t actually get to experience that perk)

      Cons

      No 401k matching; salaries aren’t great; really just a stepping stone if you’re trying to grow in your career.

      Best job I’ve ever had but there’s still down sides

      Pros

      Lots of PTO, good benefits, and I generally enjoy my job.

      Cons

      They’ve changed our pay structure recently but it only benefits less productive employees. It resulted in a substantial pay cut for me. Feels like being penalized for being good at my job. They talk a lot about how to move up in the company but so far almost half of my coworkers that have gotten promoted ended up being laid off when they decided they didn’t need that position anymore. Job security is important to me so I skip promotion opportunities because my position is relatively safe.
