Disenchantment, budgeting, gossip, doubt, politics, miscommunication, entitlement! Trupanion has been a spring board for many careers, so anyone on here writing about how terrible it is and discourages someone on the outside to join really should be on the outside of our organization doing something better with your time and energy.
