      Pros

      Working with hospitals, when they wanted to talk to you. Coworkers were great, if they worked.

      Cons

      Company went downhill within my time here. Several internal changes, layoffs of employees who did not deserve it. Some workers would cheat the system on their calls, management knew and did nothing. One even got promoted. Your hard work does not get recognized. Metrics changed constantly, and compensation hardly reflected it.
