Pros

Lots of room for growth. Hard work is appreciated. I started part time and went to full time quickly. I also moved to a new department, which worked out amazingly for me.

Cons

I would love for them to have better benefits, but lucky for me I can get insurance from my husband's job.

Pros

Money was better than average. Unfortunately, that doesn't really matter when you are let go so soon after taking the job...

Cons

More work than could possibly be done in a day's time, but expectations of getting it done in 8 hours, yet would get in trouble for working overtime. Did not always have resources available to do my job. Upper management was more concerned with financials than helping their employees grow and improve. Benefits were lousy compared to other private sector workplaces. Was let go a month into the job due to financial situation of the company.
