Overtime always available because they can’t keep a full or consistent staff.

Cons

New CNO does not care about staff or patient safety, unprofessional management, unsafe staffing ratios, low pay for the amount of work expected, entire hospital is filthy due to lack of EVS/Housekeeping-it really is a health hazard it’s so bad.

Cons

The full time staff have high, difficult to manage caseloads. They are always stressed. Leadership appears to be working to change it.
