Pros

Flexibility with log in and log off time. Just get the job done.

Cons

Incompetent higher management. They announced that a small team of project coordinators would be promoted to project managers, they made them train everyone in their tasks and responsibilities, and then fired all of them with only a week's notice saying it was a "difficult administrative decision". All of this without a real action plan from higher management for those left behind with extra workload.

Pros

Working at e2f for eight years has been an incredible journey. It’s a company with a constant eagerness to grow, always seeking innovation and improvement. Throughout my time there, I experienced both professional and personal growth, surrounded by amazing colleagues who made the journey even more rewarding. e2f is a place full of opportunities for those who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow alongside the company. I am truly grateful to have been part of this family.

Cons

It's not a disadvantage, it's simply part of the industry. Those who join should be prepared for a flexible and adaptive work environment, as change is a natural part of the company’s continuous growth.
