Unacceptable behavior from top management. Bullying, rudeness (what they call directness and hard work), no appreciation, no structure, no recognition, blame all over the place. It's someone else's fault, never management, no training provided, guidance or feedback. People get sacked from one moment to the next, people quit every other day. There's barely anyone left in the company from a year ago. Just don't do it.

Heads of departments have no idea what they are doing. Continuous re allocation of people to different departments. Expect minimal to no training at all from your bosses-and if there s an escalation, its of course your fault. Avoid at all costs.
