Pros
The people are nice and there is a good team spirit. Linguists and project coordinators cooperate smoothly and there usually is a lot of volume in terms of work itself.
Cons
The only purpose of this company is to get volume in and work as much as possible. It is not profitable at all (prices are too low) and the quality of delivered translations is not a priority, instructions from management being to be as fast as possible and to overlook quality. Employees do not receive a fair retribution for their work and some disparities in wages are just completely unjustified.
