Plenty of down time if you are a student looking to complete your degree. Pay is okay if you live 2 hour upstate NY

Cons

Upper management is subpar . Unrealistic goals to obtain mortgages, new money, and checking/savings account.

Low pay, demanding expectations from management. extreme pressure to make sales goals. Lack of technology made doing business very difficult.
