Pros

Potential to meet great colleagues and clientele. Solid mortgage products.

Cons

Full-time teller position is the servent of the branch, doing 75% of all transactions + side work. Highly outdated equipment. Promised promotions w/o being approved by VP 1st. Forced to do online tests on subjects that almost never apply to your job. Get used to being short staffed and knowing more than the floating assistant manager of the day.

Great Place to Work if you have no former teller experience. They have a good training program and are willing to give people a chance if they don't have banking experience

Cons

Older equipment. They are not on the cutting edge of computer technology

Pros

The customers and employees were friendly. Paid federal holidays. Banking hours. I'm only typing because it won't let me type less than 20 words.

Cons

Low pay, low travel pay. As an ABM you travel constantly from one branch to another. Most weeks you are in 3 or 4 different branches and never scheduled in the same place for more then a day. They are an "at will" employer who will let you go for no reason with no warning. I could go on for hours but I'm done wasting my time.
