Save yourself and do NOT work here. BA is terrible, the managers hired are terrible, your hours are terrible, and you have no room for growth because they will find every reason to not promote or give a raise. It’s a very toxic environment, and company. Please save yourself!

The organization is highly disorganized. The bank offers the lowest compensation for any position. The training department lacks the necessary skills and education. The bank is not transparent about its operations.

Pros: Friendly team environment — coworkers and branch staff are usually helpful and easy to work with Solid place to learn the basics of banking, lending, and customer service (good starting experience) Job stability and consistent hours compared to many finance roles Opportunity to interact directly with customers and build professional communication skills

Cons

Cons: Advancement and salary growth can feel slow depending on department/location Some processes feel outdated or very policy-driven, which can limit flexibility Workload can spike during busy periods (loan processing, month-end, etc.) Compensation may be lower than larger regional or national banks
