The culture at this company is absolutely toxic and the pay offered is way below market value. Meanwhile the CEO is one of the highest paid executives in the region after inheriting the company from his daddy. You'll be promoted quickly if you're related to or sleeping with someone in upper management, otherwise you'll be ignored and not valued at all. Stay far away.
