      rocket ship startup with amazing potential

      Pros

      - incredible engineering team building best-in-class products in fintech - leadership supportive and encourages initiatives by everyone - great potential to be the next generation of verification of income/employment/assets/insurance etc etc etc - the sky is the limit with consumer permissioned data

      Cons

      - no big cons, but it's a small startup so all hands on deck and little processes in place (I find this a a pro but it's not for everyone) - company still figuring out benefit structure across a fully-remote organization

      Pros

      Truv company is not for everyone. But this can be said about any fast-growing startup. This company is for those who have strong experience, are deeply immersed in business, is ready and wants to use his experience as effectively as possible. You should be the initiator of endless experiments in an attempt to create a better product and a better company. Decisions are made very quickly. If you have a complete vision and analytics, it is very easy to get the green light. The company is willing to invest in hiring in an attempt to hire the top 5% of the market. Therefore, you will find the best managers and engineers in key positions.

      Cons

      You won't have time for long onboarding. You will be expected to make a quick profit and coming here you should be sure that you can give it.

However, it's essential to note that the leadership team is actively addressing these issues, and steps are being taken to smoothen the transition. Workload Intensity: The fast-paced nature of Truv can result in an intense workload. This might not be suitable for everyone, and at times it can be challenging to maintain a healthy work-life balance. However, the company is aware of this and is implementing initiatives to ensure the well-being of its employees (we legit just implemented July and December recharge weeks).
